Portland Hearing Voices Poetry Event Draws a Crowd - Audio

By MadnessRadio - Posted on 15 July 2010

Portland Hearing Voices, the support and education project I direct in Portland Oregon, recently had a Poetry and Madness Benefit show at the Someday Lounge. Prominent poets Emily Kendal Frey, Zachary Schomburg, and James Gendron read their beautiful and powerful writing, and myself, Myriam Rahman, Anusuya Starbear and Jenny Westberg talked about Portland Hearing Voices and our work for mental diversity.

Read about it at the Mental Health Association of Portland website, and you can listen to the complete audio recording of the event here.
